Built from the inside out Forbzy was founded on 30 years mixing, managing and running bars — from The Atlantic Bar & Grill in 1990s London, to a cocktail bar of our own in Ibiza, teaching bar school at Café de Paris, and building menus for high-end restaurants, bars and members' clubs along the way. We've shaken drinks for festival crowds across Europe and behind the stick in Peru, Brazil and Australia. We've worked the operations, managed the teams and navigated the paperwork. How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Simply email us at info@forbzy.com or cancel directly through Stripe. Your hub remains active until the end of your current billing period.
What does the £99 setup fee cover?

Everything. We configure your personalised hub with your logo and branding, set up any apps that require a secure database, deploy your hub to yourvenue.forbzy.com, and walk you through how to use it. It's a one-off fee — you'll never pay it again.
Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Moving up to a higher plan just means we add more apps to your hub — usually within 24 hours. No additional setup fees for plan changes.
What happens after I subscribe?

We get to work straight away. Within 48 hours you'll receive your personalised hub URL and login details. Add it to your home screen like a native app — no App Store, no downloads, no waiting.
Do I need to download anything?

Nothing to download. Forbzy works as a Progressive Web App — visit your hub URL in Safari or Chrome, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and it sits on your home screen just like a native app. Works on iPhone, Android, Mac and desktop.
Do I get access to every app?

Every plan includes all apps, so there's nothing to upgrade — every new app we release is added to your hub automatically at no extra cost.
Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Your venue data is stored in your own Supabase account which you own and control. We never share your data with third parties. Your data is yours, always.
