Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forbzy ("the Service"), operated by Forbzy ("Forbzy", "we", "us"). By subscribing to the Service or clicking "I agree", you accept these Terms in full.

2. The Service

Forbzy provides a personalised hospitality management platform ("Hub") giving venues access to a suite of compliance, operations and learning tools. The Service includes:

A one-off setup fee of £99 is charged before your Hub is configured. This fee covers:

The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has commenced.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Following setup, a monthly subscription is required to maintain access to your Hub:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@companybar.com or cancelling directly through Stripe. Your Hub will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us. Plan changes take effect within 24 hours. No additional setup fees are charged for plan changes.

7. Database Setup & Access

Assisted Setup: Where you request that Forbzy sets up your Supabase database account on your behalf, you may provide temporary login credentials solely for this purpose. Forbzy will not store, share or use these credentials for any purpose other than completing your setup. You are advised to change your password immediately after your Hub is live. By requesting assisted setup, you explicitly consent to this temporary access.

You retain full ownership of your Supabase account and all data within it at all times. Forbzy acts solely as a data processor on your behalf.

8. Data Ownership

All data entered into your Hub and associated apps belongs to you. Forbzy does not claim any ownership over your venue data. Your data is stored in your own Supabase account — you have full control to export or delete it at any time directly through your Supabase dashboard. Forbzy does not have the ability to access, export or delete data held in your Supabase account unless you explicitly grant temporary access for setup purposes.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9a. Data Backup & Loss

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of the platform and its underlying infrastructure, we strongly recommend that all clients maintain independent backups of their important venue data. This includes allergen records, compliance documents, business data and any other information stored within your Hub.

Important: Forbzy accepts no responsibility for any loss, corruption or inaccessibility of data stored within your Hub or associated Supabase database, howsoever caused. This includes but is not limited to hardware failure, accidental deletion, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your data is stored in your own Supabase account — we strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with Supabase's own backup and recovery options at supabase.com.

In the event of data loss, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery where possible, but cannot guarantee restoration of any lost data.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, or to transmit harmful or malicious content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forbzy's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
